Services

The Company provides a wide range of services to its clients, including but not limited to 1. International air-ticket booking to any destination, 2. Manpower visa processing and clearance BMET, all sector visit visa, 3. Umrah package, 4. Hajj package, 5. Family visit visa, 6. Recruiting, 7. Hotel booking (local and international), 8. Travel, 9. Translation & Attestation. These services will be offered to both business and consumer clients as part of travel packages, under the terms of this agreement. The Agent will receive commissions based on the actual sales made, which are subject to negotiation.

Payment

This section of the template outlines the details related to compensation that the company will provide to the agent. The company will generate invoices for commissions on a monthly basis, and these invoices will be paid by the company on a port night Bill. The bill for the first fifteen days of the month (01-15) must be paid in full within 07 days of issuance, and the bill for the remaining days (16-30) must also be paid in full within 07 days from issuance. The agent is required to pay such bills through cash only, in the mother account. As per the security of this agreement, the agent must issue a blank bank check to Amar E BD. 

Penalty

It is mandatory to pay for any misdealing, reissue, new issue, return of the passenger, or penalty fee that has been issued by the first authority without any complaint. It is important to note that passengers who are traveling for Hajj & Umrah must adhere to the designated time frame and should not overstay. In case of any delay, the agent will be responsible for fulfilling the penalty.

Confidentiality

The Company may become aware of certain confidential information including but not limited to sale dates, special rate changes, availability, and any other information that the Company deems confidential. As an Agent, I agree to keep this information private and confidential and will not make it publicly available. If there is a breach of this agreement’s provisions, the Company reserves the right to terminate our travel agency agreement in its entirety.

Term

This Agreement will be effective for 5 years from the agreement date. Upon the completion of this agreement, the parties may agree to extend it for an additional 10 years from the completion date. If either party declines to extend this agreement, it shall conclude on the date of decline.

Acknowledgment

As per this Agreement, the Company acknowledges that it shall remain the rightful owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the property as well as any materials provided for the completion of this agreement. During the term of this agreement, the Agency or Agent will not have any rights to sell or trade any material provided by the Company. Also, the Agent shall not copy or duplicate any material provided by the Company without the Company’s previous approval. Furthermore, the Agent shall ensure that all materials and property included in this agreement are kept in good working condition.

Termination & Notifications

This Agreement can be terminated by either party with prior written notice within 30 days of the requested termination date. In case any terms or conditions contained within this agreement are breached, the responding party shall have the opportunity to terminate this agreement. Upon termination of this agreement, all bookings in process will become void and any outstanding balances will become due.
